RESIDENTIAL EVICTIONS

If you have ever had to navigate a Cook County eviction case, then you know all the things that can go wrong when trying to evict a non-paying or non-lease compliant tenant. Donteé L. Brown has almost two decades of experience in representing Cook County Landlords. The office only handles matters that cover properties located in the 5th municipal district (Bridgeview) and the 6th municipal district (Markham).

The office also represents HOA/condo associations and owners in evictions. Those matters are assessed on a cases by case basis depending on the facts and law. A extensive consultation is needed prior to deciding on the merits of the HOA/condo eviction.

LAND TRUST

A Land Trust is a valuable tool whether your goal is to maintain privacy or allow your family members to avoid costly and lengthy probate proceedings. Donteé L. Brown works with Chicago Title Land Trust Company to ensure that the clients have a trustworthy partner while the land trust is legally operable.

HOA/ CONDO ASSOC MATTERS

One of the few attorneys that represents both condo associations and condo owners. Donteé L. Brown has appellate experience in Illinois condo law.

Donteé L. Brown also provides legal consultation to small (12 units and under) condo associations and HOA’s to stay in compliance with the Illinois Condominium Property Act and Illinois Common Interest Community Association Act.
